A conversational model operates as a boundary object to mediate discussion between one or more participants. The resulting three-dimensional object develops and documents the snippets of information that will be interactive, referenced, and retrievable for analyzing conversations and revealing patterns of talk in design practice.

With the evolution of high-resolution personal printers, such as the Form 1+, physical production of high-fidelity digital artwork has grown rapidly. This talk examines the history of manufacturing, the shift to digital fabrication, and the emergence of 3D printing as a means of production.
